Set up in 1983, Bergen Associates is the flagship company of the Bergen Group. It is an independent source of all capital equipment and consumables required for the manufacturing, PCB assembly and rework of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). With its concentration primarily on capital equipment used for PCB manufacturing, BAPL is a one-stop solution for PCB manufacturing and technology solutions. Providing complete Solar Photovoltaic solutions for turnkey projects is a new feather in BAPL's cap.

Bergen Electronics was founded on the same underlying principles that have shaped the success of the Bergen Group, and is the R&D arm of the Group. It operates a modern workshop and application support cum demo centre for machinery supplied by Bergen Associates Pvt. Ltd. This unit is also the primary importer and repository of spare parts, minimising downtime for customers across India.

Bergen Solar Power & Energy Ltd. at its Gurgaon works has installed a Solar System working with Non-Imaging Concentrator Collector (NICC) Technology. The system is designed to heat fluid up to 200°C — the temperature required in textile and paper industries and HVAC systems. This technology provides higher efficiency and temperatures than conventional collectors without the need for mechanical tracking or direct sunlight, enabling pollution-free environments and substantial cost savings.

Located within a SEZ area, this state-of-the-art manufacturing facility enables duty-free warehousing and fast delivery of parts. DDD Machinery is a system integrator for robotics and holds significant technical capabilities to provide automation solutions and Special Purpose Machines (SPM). The company works closely with manufacturing clients to design, build and commission custom automation lines that improve throughput, quality and operational efficiency.
