Bergen Solar Power & Energy Ltd at its Gurgaon works has installed a Solar System working with Non Imaging Concentrator collector (NICC) Technology. Design of the system is capable of heating fluid up to 200 degree centigrade i.e. temperature required in textile and paper industry and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems(HVAC). This technology provides higher efficiency and temperatures than other collectors without need of mechanical tracking OR Direct Sunlight. This system thus will be helpful either in replacement of costly Fuel ( OR minimize use of Fuel) being used by the industries in Boiler for Steam Generation OR will replace/minimize dependence upon Grid Electricity and thus lead to pollution free environment and substantial savings.
