Position Overview: Bergen Associates Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer, Assistant Manager, Manager for the PCB manufacturing & Inspection machine division. As a Sales Engineer, Assistant Manager, Manager, Candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our high-tech PCB manufacturing and Inspection machines. Will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: • Responsible for representing the product to customers and Develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails, to maintain contact with the customer for products like PCB manufacturing machineries, PCB assembly Machinery, Semiconductors & rework Equipment. • Gain clear understanding of customer business and requirements to try to meet those requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Preparation of MIS Reports on monthly basis. • Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports. • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. • Manage bank reconciliations, fund flow statements, and cash flow management. • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities. • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data. • Liaise with external agencies such as banks, auditors, and tax consultants.

Job Summary: The Engineer – Installation & Maintenance will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, and preventive maintenance of equipment used in the solar panel (PV module & Cell & Ingot Wafer) manufacturing line. The role involves ensuring smooth production operations by minimizing downtime and maintaining high-quality standards across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities: • Install, align, and commission machinery and equipment for the solar panel production line (stringer, laminator, EL tester, framing, junction box, etc.). • Install, commission, and validate process equipment such as diffusion furnaces, PECVD, texturing and cleaning systems, screen printers, firing furnaces, and wet benches. • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of production equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults efficiently and implement corrective measures. • Coordinate with OEMs, and internal teams for equipment calibration, spare part replacement, and system upgrades. • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and automation-related issues in process tools. • Support production teams in optimizing equipment performance and process efficiency. • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience: • Education: ITI/ Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. • Experience: 0–5 years in equipment installation and maintenance in a solar module & Cell manufacturing plant or similar automated production environment. • Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience with electrical panels, PLCs, sensors, pneumatic & hydraulic systems. • Understanding of manufacturing line layout and utility requirements (compressed air, vacuum, power, etc.).
Key Competencies: • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. • Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills. • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
