Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer/Executive with 3–5 years of proven experience in Silicon Wafers, Cells, Consumables sales within the Indian solar manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and commercial knowledge of Silicon Wafers, Cells and Consumables, and related manufacturing processes, along with the ability to develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across India.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell Silicon Wafers, Consumables in the Indian market.
• Identify and acquire new customers, including Solar Cell Manufacturers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers.
• Coordinate with overseas and domestic suppliers/manufacturers regarding product availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and customer requirements to support business growth.
• Work closely with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer payment schedules and coordinate with accounts for collections.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and activity reports using CRM/SAP/Tally systems.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, market intelligence reports, and business development plans.

Required Skills:
• Basic understanding of Silicon Wafer and Cell technologies, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of the Indian solar industry ecosystem, including manufacturers.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development within the solar manufacturing sector.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and convert them into commercial opportunities.
• Strong customer relationship management and account handling skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across India for customer visits and business development activities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Education:

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Engineer (Solar EPC) to manage and support the execution of Solar EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, installation supervision, commissioning, quality control, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure successful completion of solar power projects within timelines and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise Solar EPC projects from site survey to commissioning and handover.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.
• Prepare project plans, BOQ verification, material requirement planning, and execution schedules.
• Supervise installation activities of Solar PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and associated electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues at site.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, performance validation, and project handover activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, inspection reports, and commissioning records.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Support procurement and logistics teams in technical evaluation and material inspections.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and contractors during project execution.
• Assist in operation and maintenance support during the defect liability period, if required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Solar EPC projects, including installation, commissioning, and project execution.
• Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants will be preferred.

Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, SCADA/Data Monitoring Systems, HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, and switchgear.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, layout drawings, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of project execution, testing, commissioning, and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with MNRE guidelines, electrical safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Engineer with at least 4 years of relevant experience in procurement within the Solar Manufacturing industry, specifically in Solar Module Lines, Cell Lines, and Wafer Line machinery spare parts. The candidate should have strong exposure to both domestic and international purchasing, vendor development, and a sound understanding of PCB manufacturing sector machinery and spare parts procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for spare parts related to:
• Solar Module Line machines
• Solar Cell Line machines
• Ingot & Wafer Line machines
• PCB Manufacturing machinery
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable domestic and international vendors for machine spare parts and components.
• Handle RFQs, price negotiations, comparative analysis, and finalization of purchase orders.
• Ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and continuously explore new sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate with Customer’s engineering, maintenance, and production teams to understand technical requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly to avoid downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Track shipments, manage logistics coordination, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customs clearance processes including documentation, duties, and regulatory compliance for international shipments.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics arrangements for both domestic and international procurement.
