Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible to attend the service call assigned on the site.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hardware defects and implement preventive measures for malfunctions to minimize future occurrences.
  • Plan & asses the required tools, technical documentation and spare part for the individual service call.
  • To response back to customer regarding the status of query raised.
  • To minimize the time required on any machinery with effective results.
  • Keep daily record of activities performed at client site and share with reporting manager.
  • To take care of routine checkup of functioning of Machineries at client site.
  • Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Gain technical as well as functional knowledge of the equipment.
  • To prepare and submit the service report along with customer feedback to reporting Manager.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
  • Reviewing day-to-day operations and suggesting improvements.

Working Conditions Since the job is done on the field, candidates must be comfortable to travel regularly. Some field engineers may travel for several days on the job, especially when dealing with specialized equipment.

About the Role In this role, Candidates will play a crucial role in our mission to expand Solar Energy access. they will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of Solar Panel Systems for Residential, Commercial and Industrial clients.

Duties And Responsibilities • Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility and installation requirements. • Secure work areas and follow all safety protocols. • Install Solar Panels, racking systems, and electrical components. • Wire and connect Solar Panels to Inverters and other electrical equipment. • Perform system testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality. • Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes. • Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

POLICY & SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY • 1 Year Contract

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA • Minimum 1 year of experience in solar panel installation (or relevant electrical experience). • Working knowledge of solar panel systems and electrical components. • Strong understanding of safety protocols for working at heights and with electrical systems. • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with tools. • Valid driver's license (preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
